Seth and Jared helped us with a much needed upgrade to our ERP. When they gave us a cost for the scope of work, they were accurate with no hidden costs. Their delivery timeframe was particularly impressive; when we had scoped our upgrade with other vendors, we had been told certain integrations couldn’t happen, or would take 8-10 months. Phoenician had us up and running in fewer than 4 months. Fantastic work, we will use Phoenician again.

The team at Phoenician partnered with the City to create a software solution to address the new federal overtime reporting rules that took effect in 2025. As an organization that doesn't pay overtime consistent with FLSA definitions, we had a system that could not calculate non-taxed overtime for employees, which in 2026 is required to be reported on the employee's W-2. The software solution created extracts data from the City's financial system and reclassifies overtime to be consistent with FSLA defined overtime. The output is provided as a spreadsheet which can then be imported back into the financial system once a field is defined on the W-2 by the federal government to report the overtime. There is also a powerful dashboard that allows leadership to see overtime usage by the organization, departments, and individuals. The Phoenician team delivered this software solution in a very tight time frame and worked closely with City staff to develop and test the solution. Their communication was outstanding the product produced met every one of the City's criteria for success.
