AKIVA AI LLC has done an excellent job supporting Gun Barrel City, Texas, with a planned AV upgrade for its City Council Chambers. While the installation work has not yet been completed, AKIVA has been highly responsive and helpful throughout the process. This project required extra coordination over several months, including working with Civic Marketplace to identify a partner who could handle the actual installation. AKIVA stayed engaged, communicated well, and helped the City move toward a practical and cost-effective solution. The City has since approved the work through a mid-year budget amendment. At this stage, I cannot speak to the final installation quality, but I can speak positively about AKIVA’s communication, support, responsiveness, and pricing. Based on that experience, I would be comfortable recommending AKIVA AI LLC to other public sector buyers.
