Filters, Filtration Systems & Related Supplies – RFP No. MMSA-2026-006 The Michigan Municipal Services Authority (MMSA), as Lead Agency, seeks proposals from qualified suppliers to provide filters, filtration systems, and related supplies, with related delivery, ordering, account management, and support services. The resulting Master Agreement(s) may be made available to eligible public agencies nationwide through the MMSA. Categories include filtration devices and systems (portable air purifiers, HVAC-compatible and modular systems); filters and consumables (pleated, panel, V-bank, box, bag, cartridge, HEPA/ULPA, and carbon filters, and auto-replenishment programs); related products such as housings, frames, and gaskets; and optional services: installation, commissioning, and calibration; maintenance and support; and design, engineering, and indoor-air-quality consultation. Installation is optional and never required to buy filters; covered installation work is subject to the Installation and Public-Works Rider (Exhibit H). Suppliers may bid one or more categories or individual items and may propose their own pricing structure (catalog discount, line-item, not-to-exceed, or another transparent format). Electronic ordering through punchout or hosted catalog is welcomed. Multiple awards by category are anticipated, with an initial four-year term and one optional one-year extension. A 1.5% administrative fee, payable to MMSA, applies and must be included in pricing. See the RFP for full requirements and the solicitation schedule.
